| Too many new grounds look too alike IMO. They should get creative like some of the newer ones in AUS.

With what money? While the new stadium in Melbourne is very impressive, that quality comes with a price tag.

| Thought Salford had dropped the 'City' part of the name?
Nice stadium, the very best of luck kicking on and realising your potential as a club.

Any suggestions as to how those of us who are struggling to deliver the RFL's prescribed shiny stadia should pay for these creative flights of architectural fancy?

The world 'City' was dropped from the stadium name, not the club name.

I believe Saints own their own ( I may be wrong)
We, that is Salford, are the main tennant in a joint co owned stadium which is owned by Salford city Council and Peel Holdings.

The Wakefield District Stadium Community Trust will run & operate Newmarket (it is leased to them on a peppercorn rent for 99 years by Yorkcourt) and Wakefield Trinity Wildcats will be an anchor tenant. It is a very similar arrangement (I understand) to the deal Peel have with Salford Council, except that Salford Council will long lease the ground from Peel and not an independent community trust company like Wakefield.
Castleford hope to own and operate their own ground at GH.
