Have you tried contacting the RFL directly? They should be able to give you a full list of all the RL clubs in the area

There's a Club Locator search facility on the RFL websitehttps://www.therfl.co.uk/clubfinder/index.phprl
and a list of contacts for Development Officers based in the Midlandshttps://www.therfl.co.uk/contact_us/development_contacts/midlandsrl
and a Volunteering section where you could register your interest (not sure how well used that facility is though), you might get a faster response by dropping an email to a few of the Development guys.

There are two teams in the league i play for. coventry warriors and coventry dragons. both good teams tbf. Have a look on the pitchero sites, they normally host the websites for amateur rugby. Or if you feel like travelling 30 odd miles youre welcome to our club; N.E.W ravens.
