Is it any wonder that there was a poor crowd on at Leigh when you have got sinfield at S/O. That selection certainly put me off attending.

Can I point out that there was a full amateur programme today, kicking off at 2:30pm. Lots of people that might have attended the game were playing. Might have been a better attendance if it was an evening match that didn't clash with the amateur game?

Poor crowd and that is surely Leigh's last chance of hosting an international for a while. Crowds of 7k and 10k just aren't good enough and their clearly isn't enough locals (I include Wigan, Saints and Wire fans in that description) interested in international fixtures.

a tiny ground (albeit modern and a good quality ground) not even full looked awful on BBC. We can't expect our international game to be taken seriously with such small numbers.

Atherton is within a taxi ride. And if its anything like Wigan, it's almost embarrassing when it comes to paying for a taxi, it's that cheap up there.

Also to add, where the RFL right to stage this game in Leigh just one night after a game in nearby Warrington?

How many Warrington, Wigan, Saints and Leigh fans chose to attend last nights game rather than today's?

Stadium Capacity is 11,000 so 10343 attendance is not bad. Ques outside the ground, some people were caught up in traffic ques and did make it into the stadium till half time.
