The young players with lots of [ipotential[/i that need good quality, experienced centres around them to learn from and improve their games. Its how the game works. Only a handful of players are gifted enough and have the right physical attributes to come into a superleague side at a young age and perform to a high standard from day one. Think you are been a bit over the top with that statement.
