And thats why hes the stand out player at wigan because of the players around him, wigan as a whole is the real deal in superleague, but as before we big up players for the internationals and they end up always falling short, its something that sadly we have'nt learned to deal with in 20 years.

Brilliant thread. Saddened and Gary Numan's posts are just hilarious. Wigan are allegedly a "myth" and "horrible to watch".

The truth is that while Wigan are a superb defensive side they are capable of scoring breathtaking tries from anywhere on the field. In Sam Tomkins,a legend in the making, we have a player who is more exciting to watch than many sides in SL!
