As a player he is finished. He has been a good servant to the game although he will be best remembered by me for selling all his stuff on eBay and getting caught out humping some slapper whilst on tour in 2008.

Stop being silly. Do you go around telling everybody what you think about them to their face? It's neither illegal or wrong to hold an opinion about somebody and not saying it to their face. In many instances it can actually be advisable.

think when people are referring to senior going ape they are refering to the first quote in frosties post above. It was removed from twitter (presumably by senior himself) shortly after originally appearing.

Just watching Senior on Sky Sports News saying that Crusaders sold their vision to him! Yeah right! More like they offered him the most money and the match ball to sell on Ebay every week! I hope they are both made to honour the contract, just to keep him away from Wakefield.

From a legal standpoint it's impossible to tell without seeing the contract.

If it were ruled valid however, he could possibly just breach the contract anyway. No court would force KS to play for Crusaders, they would just get damages.

I thought + forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought with Super League being a seperate entity, all contracts were specifically for + registered with SL. If a club is no longer in SL the contract becomes null + void???
