For me Richards with his kicking and height in the air pips it from what i've seen

I don't think Richards has played enough rugby to warrant an inclusion at the minute.

You would leave tommy leuluai out

Swap Blanch for Monaghan, O'Loughlin for Manu & Briscoe in for Richards

Maybe Welham for Carmont also both playing well this year so hard to choose

Didn't Richards miss most of the season injured? Not sure how Carmont gets in ahead of Welham who is a try scoring wonder this season.

Carmont's been as good as the last 2 or 3 years - solid and rarely at fault in defence, and whilst his speed isn't exactly lightning, he frequently gets the better of his opposite number.

However, I'd give it to Welham - just. Either player would be worthy of the place though.
