im going to start playing a little Eddie based game, counting how often he bangs on about a players haircut for a strangely long period of time, and how often he mentions how many players are wearing various colours of boots. listen next time, he does it constantly.

"Haircut" and "coloured boots"! I like it. Just added them to my Eddie bingo card. Just need a few more now.

This season one of his favourites is 'he's got the skill factor' - drives me and my son crazy.

Not sure its something specific to Stevo or Eddie, but all sports-folk like to refer to players in the plural.

as in 'the Morleys, the Hodgsons, the Kings'

A Stevo oldie was 'Star-fished' circa2005.
