yes. obviously. Franchise bids haven't been submitted yet*, never mind judged and decided upon, but the RFL has launched a teaser campaign to advertise the granting of a licence to a non-existant club. Of course.

It's not particularly a pop at you, more of the fact that we seem to be getting a thread about this every few days now, and other than the original thread, the rest haven't been able to spell "they're" which is slightly irritating now! |
