Brought through a quality of youth players that probably have England futures, built our crowds year upon year (Something clearly Quins have failed to do) and improved off the pitch with sponsorships, more money coming into the club etc

Quins have also done the first thing you mentioned. They don't get crowds in their current location for a variety of reasons, and sponsorships suffer because of that. But in RL terms they have been great, and if the club relocate soon there will be plenty to build on.
