He chose the name of a cross dressing Austalian institutions other persona.....and is your typical Aussie w@nker living in London whilst he tries to get some culture by visiting Prague to get pi55ed on Cheap Star, getting a fondle from a dodgy hooker in amsterdam and eating a snail for a bet when in paris. All of these things will make him a cultural icon when his visa runs out and he is sent the way of his great grandparents....alas, not in chains this time.[/quote:2v2cei1t]

Grouse sponsors JB.
They can use 'Cash converters' to try and raise some money by selling stuff to pay their players when the fans stop coming and they are financially rooted and then treat them to a 6" hearty italian meatball marinara as a bonus if they ship less than 40 points in a game (between all the team not each)

I would point out though that a TOOL is useful....not a very good name to use when decribing the URL king.

| BACK ON TOPIC!
The WARL has just announced a new look board. Some good business peopel and passionate RL fans on there. The game continues to look to abright future in the West.
NEW CHAIRMAN AND STRONGER BOARD FOR 2011
David Hobbs was elected onto the Board at the 2010 Annual General Meeting on Monday and was subsequently voted in as the Chairman for 2011. David has served as a Director for the past six months, filling an available vacant position on the Board and contributing to the marketing and sponsorship areas. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Professionals Group WA & NT. David was also involved with the original launch of the Fremantle Dockers Football Club where he was employed for several years developing the Marketing and Sponsorship of the club in its inaugural years. David replaces Terry Creasey in the chair who, while being elected for a further two year term as a director, decided to step down due to business commitments.
The new board line up provides a strong business base for WA Rugby League moving forward in a time where they could oversee the potential of creating a new National Rugby League franchise by 2013. A decision on the expansion of the NRL is expected by the middle of 2011. In the past 12 months, WA Rugby League has gone through a rigorous restructure process both at board and management level to bring it into a modern organisation that can manage both state and national growth, it is an exciting time for the code in WA.
Other board directors include:
• Paul Bransby, Director of Finance Exchange Australia
• Charlie Burkhardt, Director of Westside Group International
• Richard Campbell, Director of CMS Events
• Bruce Havilah, Principal Partner of Havilah Legal
• Bradley Hopes, Principal of Brad Hopes Promotions
• Sean Somerville, Director of Somerville Accountants and Somerville Corporate
At a management level, John Sackson is entering his second year as Chief Executive Officer along with Manager of Operations and Development, Daniel Green.
