Looks like USA, Jamaica, South Africa and potentially Japan or Canada will play against each other in World Cup qualifiers next year with 1 spot up for grabs. This will be announced officially soon.
Serbia, Russia, Lebanon and Italy will probably battle it out for the other World Cup spot.
