Right, here's a superbly novel idea. Extend the tournament to 6 games (each playing eachother twice). Give each country a 'home ground' say:
England: DW Stadium/Headingley
Australia: The Stoop
New Zealand: Craven Cottage
Wales: Racecourse
have them gain support in the area, get the locals out to all three 'home games' create the atmosphere. England and Wales will not be a problem, and the prospect of 2 ANZAC games will have the Barry McKenzies of this world giddy. Play the final at Pride Park, Bobs your uncle.
