After that first elbow Bailey knew exactly where Radfords head was.

Radford shouldn't have reacted how he did and it deserved a sin binning or putting on report but elbows to the back of the head is a much more dangerous act IMO.

Either way Radford has received some sort of punishment and yet again Bailey escapes it.
