His chase on Burrow in the last couple of minutes was outstanding. The only way it could have been surpassed would be if he could have been in the correct position to begin with instead of catching a sneaky breather at fullback.

He's got the potential to be the best British prop since Kevin Ward. I'm not suggesting he's near Ward at his peak and I think they have different games. Ward was a blockbuster but Graham's game is more like a prop from the NRL and he might be the first British player to really get to grips with that since Andy Platt did. Peacock, of course, has been immense but I'm just giving myself a bit of leeway because he played a fair bit in the second row were he was awesome too. I just hope he doesn't get worn out.

I thought that's what props were meant to do? And since he does it better than anyone else then he is by definition a great player. He might not be as exciting to watch as a Greg Inglis or Billy Slater, but he does his job as a prop every inch as well as they do their jobs as backs.

i think you need to be more than a battering ram to be called great. i think if he off loaded the ball more in the tackle he could be held in higher esteem.
although he is up there with the best.
the only two players i would call greats in the modern game are lockyer & johns.
