| It's good to have two sell-outs in a row, albeit though they are against Warrington and Wigan we probably wouldn't have got that 10 years ago. The average attendances this year are good and although it probably will inevitably decrease from now until the end of the season, the crowds might hold up a bit towards the end with it being the last year at KR. We'll probably still average around 11k plus.
I'm happy with the capacity of the new stadium, I'm not too sure what sort of increase we'll get. I'd be pleasantly surprised if we find it too be too small for most games. Although we won't be able to get 20k plus for Wigan etc which we might have been able to do with a bigger ground I think the stadium will be a good size for the club for an avergae SL game. Would rather be in a two-thirds or three-quarters full ground than having a half full one for most games.

can you imagine the Bulls/Cas/Wakey fans if they got sent warning letter about their grounds then the RFL built a stadium with Saints - this site would combust.

| Warrington's stadium size was too small. 20,000 would have been better. It'll be interesting to see if they try to expand it if their decent spell continues.

If you look at the architects design for the new stadium it would be possible to cantilever out the top stands to provide extra capacity maybe to 28000. Maybe the RFL who keep on harping on about new stadiums should put money were there mouth is and make the stadium into a national one. Instead of spending all this revenue in hiring football stadia.

| I doubt the RFL would have the money to do it.

haha, just imagine that one day an Old Trafford look-a-like will be towering over the Warrington skyline.

We are likely to get two sell-outs this year.'"
There's one thing i do know about the pies they are very passionate about their RL and believe you me that hurts admitting that being a Saints fan.

the reports are they will fill in the corner or add a 2nd tier on one of the sides
20,000 is what it should be

£250k-£400k to hire Wembley for the day.
Leigh Sports Village cost £83 million. Saints stadium is going to be in the region of £25 million. Emirates stadium (capacity 60k+) cost just short of £400 million.
Bit of a no-brainer really.
