all this talk about wakeys crowds is nonsense.
up until last year our cowds were growing steadily. then superleague added two teams with zero away support into the mix hence most teams attendances dropped. then the fact that games where we might have expected decent crowds. leeds saints, warrington hull and hull kr at home were all shown live on sky.
all these teams generally have a decent away following.
did anyone else have 5 out of 13 home games on tv? what were their gates like last season?
looking at the tv schedule for this season i think we should pick up where we left off in 2008 so long as the team keep doing well

"If the ST sales have rocketed [on the back of a good 2009, some good signings and optimism about Newmarket then the club could be 'ahead of the game'."
