Its not that hard. The MM games are all played at a neutral venue (no team has home advantage) with your plan either one of the teams is going to have home advantage or the RFL are going to have to pay for another neutral venue to be used for the game.
And where exactly is this large sum of money coming from to bribe Melbourne? do you really think they would be allowed to come over hear mid season and miss probably 2 or 3 weeks of the league?
