Yup, you'll find all the rights Setanta paid way over the odds for (English and Scottish Prem footy) were owed by Setanta UK, Rights to Irish footy and GAA owned by Setanta Ireland and the majority of the cheap worldwide rights are owned by Setanta North America, it is only the UK arm that went titsup.
Now I was told last night that Setanta's deal with the NRL meant they had to make the games available to UK viewers, as they are no longer able to do that rights have reverted back to the NRL, can't find any confirmation of that though.
