I felt like writing to the BBC today, something I'd never even think of doing. The coverage was shocking, thank god there were two decent games to watch.

Fair play to Dave Woods though, he does a cracking job considering the clowns around him.

Ray French is bleeding rubbish. I love his trademark 'Ohhhhh' though, he usually says it when he doesn't know how to describe a try.

That's even better on the radio. Something important happens and he says:

"OOOHHHHHH! ... Well, goodness me! ... Absolutely sensational! ... Would you believe it?"

Would I believe WHAT, you daft old boob? Still love him though.

I can't stand Jonathan Davies though. The games he commentates on are clearly the only games of Rugby League he ever watches.

The games delivered, Clare Balding delivered but French and Saunders were oh so negative.
