| Lee Jackson at Leeds, hid rugby ball behind his back, then took a tap penalty and scored a try before anyone realised what had happened

Education is a crutch with which the foolish attack the wise to prove that they are not idiots - Karl Kraus: |
|
| ok heres a couple............
playing for crigglestone v calder valley about 3/4 years ago. we got changed and coz it were cold our fullback decided to put a subs suit on to keep warm. we walked out to the pitch, a good 5 minute walk down a hillside. spent 15 minutes warming up, then as we get ready to kick off, our full back takes sub suit off to reveal he is wearing purple boxers having forgotten to put his shorts on!!1 we had to laff at that
again playing for crig against keighley town abot 2 years ago. our centre broke clear from our 20m line like a missle. the keighley centre from the opposite side of the pitch came haring across to try and narrow the angle for the try that was obviously coming. he was so busy watching our centre he didnt see the post pad and ran striaght into it at full knacker!!!
in the second half of the same game, the keighley prop took a drive towards the sticks, ducked under a tackle and ran straight into the post pad and knocked on
and iirc dewsbury played cas in the challenge cup up at ram stadium about 12 years ago. really cold night, pitch were awful. andy fisher playing for dewsbury was walking behind tawera nikkau. for some reason fisher gave T's mullet a tug in the blink of an eye T turned round and levelled him wi one punch and promptly got sent off

| My contribution:
1st is bit of private joke with a friend. Watching Leigh at Widnes in late 80's when Widnes were a decent team. Leigh scored late on to take the lead and the leifh fans were all celebrating, jumping up and down etc. I wondered where my mate was only to discover he'd tripped and had been trampled by the celebrating fans, none of whom had noticed his predicament as we all happily cellebrated and trampled on on him.
Second one was at Leigh, and you had to be there to witness it, nearly 3 years ago when I was over for my grans funeral. The day before I took my uncle from Norwich to watch the play off game against Batley and we were enjoying the game, bought a few beers from the bottle shop at the top of the terrace and were drinking them as we watched the game.We got approached by a steward who demanded to know where we'd got the bottles and told my uncle he was breaking the law by drinking bottles in the ground. We pointed out that we'd bought them no less than 20 yards away from the said bottle shop in the gound...he then had the front to say to my uncle something like "ok, but you've been warned" as he walked off with his tail between his legs no doubt feeling a bit of a prat! As he walked away I looked at an old guy sat on the terracing about 10 foot away from us who muttered "winker" to us...just cracked me up.

When Nikau was at Warrington a fight broke out at the JJB, Farrell was goading Nikau by stroking an imaginary Mullet.
