Not many. Of which he has received some criticism .

Some great players, but also some very average ones, their team from 2006 was probably better

If we had a time machine, it would make an excellent game.
There is some real quality in the current Saints line up and I dont see the walkover that you suggest ?

| The 2006 team was better.
That said there are plenty of teams over the years from other clubs who would beat the current saints team. Well, certainly from Leeds, Bradford and Wigan. Struggling for other clubs

| Sorry but our (Wire) team from 2011 would muller the current saints team at a canter.

Must of been down to all those Grand Final wins that particular Wire side was racking up...

| Well yes they won zero just like this current saints team. It would not be close. Its just the drop in standards across the board in the last decade.

Is the best Dire can offer? A side which actually won nothing? Didn't even reach a final either?
When it's talked about the better sides rugby league has had to offer in the last 30 years or so the so-called 'vintage' Warrington team of 2011 doesn't exactly spring to mind.

| Quote craig hkr="craig hkr"Looking at Warrington from outside it seems Ratchford has been a much bigger loss than first thought? Mamo and the youngster who got a game can't influence a game like he can. The centres and wingers are big fast and generally good I'd say? Clarke is superb but without Ratch, teams are able to target him a bit more as less danger elsewhere.Of course the pack is strong and Austin going great but Patton isn't consistent it seems? Or maybe just not good enough. When is Ratchford due back because I'd say before he got crocked Warry at least on a par with Saints. Still think you will win at least one pot this year.'"
Ratchford is out for another 4 weeks yet i believe but i'm not 100% sure? I wish i had your faith but i don't think we'll win anything this year, got my money on Saints for the treble and London/Leeds for the drop.

It's to illustrate that standards are continuing to drop. Correct, they didn't win at Wembley or Old Trafford, but that has nothing to do with the context of the post.
