You make it sound like a tribunal is black and white. KL argument may not have been as strong as MK, the alleged breach may not have been as clear cut as KL thought.............. thats not a liar.

It's not a truth or lie thing .

tribunals are about burden of proof, when two parties have different opinions in some cases the same facts , one party wants to prove they were unfairly treated , the other only needs to prove they acted reasonably . the plaintiff has to prove beyond doubt therefore has the hardest job .

I'm not surprised you're bemused. I'd imagine that's a regular occurrence.
