when is this guy gonna start doing something about the current situation, the bloke stands in the south stand and knows exactly the feelings of the majority but seems not to take any part in any decision making except stumping up the cash for overated aussies, i am sorry but i would rather do without his cash injections and have somebody who has got the balls to stand up and speak for the fans behind closed doors or actually express his own feelings to the board, dont get me wrong i aint aving a dig at SM and appreciate what he has done for the club but he is our last hope, he is the only one person(a board member) who is close to the fans and must hear and feel the frustrations and should therefore be banging on the relevant doors every Monday morning and asking the questions, but at the the moment its lets bury our heads in the sand and hope the lowes will be replaced by the highs soon

I was under the impression that some of the money he has put into the club is on a loan basis so people need to think about what they are saying here. However I do think his judgment has been poor about some of the individuals he has employed both on and off the field and as mentioned above, he is fundamentally a fan with more money than most which doesn't make him an expert on the running of a rugby league club. I think he needs better advice but peope shouldn't question his motives as he wants the club to succeed.

But not for long with the current b'lends left in charge on their own without the bottomless pit of Mr M's largesse.

I won't criticise him for putting his money where his mouth is but it would be interesting to know how many of the decisions over the last two years were his exclusively or the boards and conversely whether either party questioned anything that was suggested by the other side at anytime - checks and balances so to speak. I don't want him to go, I just want him to be advised correctly as we are in a world of $hit at the moment.
