I have to agree, it does seem a good analogy for her and she looks and the sort of person the club needs to bring in to really give us a forward thinking board who'll move the Bulls out of the dark recent past and into a bright future with unlimited horizons.

Well the article was certainly a good piece of PR - but if you take off the rose-tinted specs it is a business pitch I think rather than a free offer. Also the soccer clubs Karen Brady has been connected with have not exactly enjoyed success so you would not necessarily want to emulate her too closely.

She has done a lot of work with retailers, trying to advise independent retailers in West Yorkshire how they can improve their brand etc. Basically doing it for free, to publicise herself and her company. She seems to do a very good job at getting herself into the press a lot - which is not a bad thing when you're in the PR / Marketing field!

I wouldn't have minded in the least her bigging herself up in the press after the event. Apart from sheer self-publicity, what is the point of this?

Have worked with this women in the past on several occassions. I was an operations manager for a national charity and she volunteered her services in business development and marketing. Very sharp at spotting opportunities and maximising business potential. She doesn't just think outside the box, she refuses to recognise there is a box. I can understand how she was rebuffed if she approached the likes of Hood. I've heard enough about OK to suggest that there might well be a more dynamic and productive working relationship to be had. From the conversations we had I can definitely say she has Bulls in her blood.

And....she's a bit tasty too!!!

And her husband's built like the proverbial outhouse!
