any new club will have to reapply for a license to sign overseas players from goverment which wil take months to go through. |

I read that article and wondered if it was all of his £20m he put in.
I wonder how he made his money. At least he does seem to have done it before and is a rugby man at heart.

So not the new owner then. Just one who is applying to the rfl. They put out details just before 3 today which they wouldn't do if the administrator was still trying to sell. The meeting had nothing to do with the rfl. He has a 1 in 10 chance. Making promises to players IF they stay he will do X, Y and Z. Reckon players time better spent finding new clubs. Why hang on for someone who isn't the owner especially as the RFL won't do anything till 12.01 on Monday. They may have 15 bids by then. Although seeing what they are asking the bidders to provide I doubt it. How many times do you all have to be put through 'we hope to have control by....'
