All I will say to anyone, fool or otherwise, who thinks getting rid of the Chairman would solve anything is - who would you replace him with, and how would that improve the situation? But of course, we've never had a sensible practicable answer to that, have we, given its a completely thankless unpaid job requiring a lot of personal input and worry - and for what at the end?

If the rumours are true, then there sounds to be an awful lot of upheaval on the cards.

This may be exactly what is needed at the club to take us forward, even so, it would still mean a stuttering season next year.

Its OK...he'll need to appoint some good men and true that he knows as his fellow directors, and all we'll then have to do is part him from some of his money so he can become a tax exile in the Caymans and we'll get on and look after his investment for him - job sorted!
