2 great performances to finish off the season.Well done lads,you did it when it counted the most.Any chance of Jy playing for the Bulls next year?Hope so.The team as a whole were immense in terms of game plan,vision in attack and a steely controlled defence,twas excellent,a pleasure to watch.Jy,Lilley,Minchella stood out,but it was a team effort that produced the goods.In many ways,given what's gone before,it meant as much, if not more than winning a grand final as everything finally fell into place for JK and his team.You could see how much it meant.
Championship next year,so onwards and upwards.I will say this,if they can replicate the last two performances next year they will give any side in the Division a damn good game.Let's see how we line up at the start of next year.Can't wait.

Referee not too bad but his control of the offside left a lot to be desired. I thought their No. 22 Elliot Miller was an absolute disgrace, cheap shots in every tackle.
We must try to hold on to Jy. His partnering with Webster next year would be great.

Still on cloud 9. Mention to Kirk too. I've had my doubts about him, but the last too games he has been immense. Still very young, hopefully continues to fill out and improve even more. As everyone has said, i don't think anyone had a bad game. Gibson as well, had his criticis this year, but i thought he was excellent yesterday. Nothing fancy, but didn't put a foot wrong all game. Type of performance thats essential in a final.

I won't go as far as micks "its like 1997 vs Paris" comment, but yesterday felt special and maybe, just maybe the climb back up to SL.

Kirk's come of age in the last two games for me. He tackles everything and shows no fear.

The way we went about the play offs showed we have turned a corner. Players have learnt how to perform under pressure. There will be much bigger challenges ahead against much better sides but to get there we had to perform in the last fortnight and some of the young lads have really stood up. I don't think they'll get bullied again like they did in 2017.

And look, the lovely RLFans bods have moved the message board back up already. We have escaped!

I saw him running over and guessed he was heading for family members. Nothing to be ashamed about far from it, when I was 18 I was lucky enough to win an English Schools Track & Field championship (Shot put) despite that being errrrrrrr......28 years ago (blimey) I vividly recall the look on my parents faces when I gave them the medal that day. Sadly they are no longer with me but these memories like yours are something no money can buy, congratulations to both of you.

On a separate note I am glad I have the day off work today, it might be the drive which I really do not enjoy but there was such an atmosphere yesterday I am knackered and a bit ho.
