Would the assembled RAB Currists be able to recommend anywhere decent in Manchester city centre? - Deansgate area preferred but not fussed really. I can't see 6 of us going out to Rusholme though.

Shere Khan, Shahenshah and Sanam - all in Rusholme so you need to get a taxi, Finglands bus or tab it down Oxford/Wilmslow Road

Parking has always been the biggest problem there - there's only very limited on street.
If the resaurant is booked out then get a taxi - its still worth it!

We ended up going to East Z East off Deansgate, for what it's worth. It was exceptionally whitey but still quite enjoyable - I was particularly impressed with their pickle tray. Probably as good as if not slightly better than Akbar's.

I think a return trip to Sweet Centre for some Chapple Kebabs is in order. Anyone fancy it?

Weekends, or Monday to Friday are best for me.
