wakey fans seem to think they have right of appeal if they dont agree with our appeal decision. dont how they can appeal against a decision against another club. fact it has implications for them is irrelevent. They could launch a legal challenge but think that puts their SL membership at risk too.

They should launch an appeal using Pinsent Mason solicitors.

If as individuals or a club we could appeal, can I appeal to your better natures not to appeal even if an appeal against the appeal seems appealing, as whilst an appeal may seem appealing, this constant appealing is certainly rather unappealing.

But, if we get all out points back then that means administration was unavoidable. Which means that really, the players lost due to the admin shouldn't have been and therefore the result of any game played for their new club should be void

But the problem is - apart from the two words "[iforce majeure[/i" - we know nothing at all of the grounds of appeal. So basing a judgment on that, either it was [iforce majeure[/i, or it wasn't. If it was, it has to be all points back, and if it wasn't, appeal fails, no change.

It seems impossible to say yes, it was [iforce majeure[/i - totally outside your control - yet you still lose some of the points.

And you obviously can't have a partial [iforce majeure[/i.

And if it was force majeure then anyway surely we would be back to where I always said we should have been in the first place- namely the RFL starting again, from scratch, examining the business plans etc of BBNL and deciding on a sanction, just as they did with BB2014. The independent tribunal could not move on to such considrations as obviously none of that is anything to do with them.

I cannot see you getting the full 6 back so hope that its 4.

WTW won't appeal any decision - they haven't got a pot to pee in so will have to just get on with it.

Didn't Carter at Wakey say he would walk away from SL if the Bulls got any points back ? This will be interesting if so.

I agree with FA in that it has to be all or nothing, partial reduction makes no sense in this situation.

My money's on nothing.

Some person on Facebook (yes I KNOW), is utterly adamant we are getting all 6 back. Why I bothered to post this I don't know.
