That's about right. Wire had a load of quite fetching young ladies handing out those flags to all their fans up above the Rooley Avenue terrace. Hundreds of them. Presumably another example of Moran's largesse, but a bloody good idea I thought. We used to have good marketing ideas like that once...
Bet we'd not be allowed to do the same at the HJ or anywhere else for that matter? |

That must be why there was a few Bulls fans with them on the terrace near me 
Knowsley road didnt let flags in last time if I remember, not that we'd do anything to copy a good idea  |

I understand there have been thousands of complaints to Ofcom stating that the comedy show on Friday night on Sky Sports was misrepresented as a RL match. I also gather most of the complainants were horrified that a horror show should have been shown before the watershed.
Apparently there are regional variations, since a late-evening surge in complaints from the Bradford area were adamant that the programme was so horrific that it should never have been broadcast at all. |
