I know we are all sick of hearing it, and i can't see him signing for us to be honest, but Murphy stated in the press when all this came out, that it could happen after Millenium Magic and a few games into the season. He would be a great addition to the squad though. Simmons might be happy to give Lee Gaskell a go this year, let him get a run of games, and they've also got Lomax, Wheeler and Wilkin who can play at 6.

Whats the point in having another injurey prone player, Leon is past his best and is looking for one final payday to finish his career, he may have the odd game when he sparkles but I doubt we will see him produce a string of consistent performances. Stains will want him to step up to the plate after their poor start and then you will see if Leon is worth a punt. I'm not convinced he is!

Yeah Hood usually tells us players are going nowhere yet weeks later they do. However when he says we're not signing anybody we dont.
