I would have taken the money, yes. I would also honoured the agreement I made. Just as I would have expected the company I agreed it with to honour it.

Would Orford have been happy if he'd really wanted to stay, but the club just told him after a year that they didn't want him any more and didn't want to pay him the money they'd agreed to? Of course not. And it's no different either way round.

He hasn't honoured the agreement. He's taken his ball home and told his mummy he doesn't want to play with them boys anymore.

I won't bag Bradford out.... but if this is a typical Bradford view I would bugger off to Canberra as well...big contract or not.

As far as Australian cities go, Canberra's OK and wins hands down over Bradford, although it does have a feeling of somewhere like Milton Keynes dropped into the middle of a desert.

I used to live in a place called Queanbeyan which although is not Canberra (its actually in NSW but right on the edge of the ACT) its only 15 mins drive at the most (even with the morning traffic) away.

Canberra is a pretty sterile place but not a bad place to work.

I've never been to bradford... but from what I've seen on TV I think I'd go with Canberra anyday.


And I never saw a rat this big in Queanbeyan or Canberra. Allegedly this one was shot on a Bradford Housing estate

Sums my thoughts up brilliantly.

Even with our squad last year, one of the best players in a Bulls shirt even if only for a few games - which makes the almost disgraceful way he went about leaving the club even harder to take. From the way he spoke about the team/club I thought he was a lot better than this. Sad to say I was wrong.
