If this is true, who are the likely replacements?
The club has a history of promoting from within (Menzies?), but surely this is the time to bring in an experienced NRL taskmaster as seen in the recent success of Brown at Hudds and maybe also Maguire at Wigan?
I'd be worried if you get any of the 'usual suspects' that are touted by fans following these kinds of rumours:
Shaun McRae
Jon Sharp
Ellery Hanley
Ian Millward
Brian Noble
John Kear
Iestyn Harris
etc

I don't see much truth in it tbh.
But i'd take Noble or Kear, but Aussies are the way to go with coaches, Taylor or Foulkes would be good aswell.

Hmmm. I can't think of many players that have gone from player straight to first team coach and suceeded at a senior level. In fact I can't think of any.
