is there only me that thinks the forwards will not be the problem on sunday? both packs are 2 of the strongest in SL with plenty of mobility and skill. the only place i can see the giants having any advantage is the half back pairing of brown and brough, they have been playing together for a good while now, whilst herbert and kearney have only just started playing together and the combinations are not quite there yet.

In all fairness to the Giants last time they played us they won 52-6. But hey it was obvious last year that anyone (except Wakey) could beat the Bulls as we had Sheriffe, Reardon, Worrincy etc.

Except a 12/13 man Warrington team, who have the Giants played that are a test this year? We have had Leeds and Wigan.

Oh and before I forget. Have you won any SL Titles? Any Challenge Cup's in the SL period? Have you competed against Aussie teams and got a 100% record? Did you get to 5 consecutive Grand Finals? I believe the answer is no.

Been reading these boards for a while now but finally decided I should get an account and start contributing to these discussions!

There is no denying that this Sunday is going to be a tough one for our lads! Like has been said the Huddersfield pack has to be one of, if not the best in Super League. While I feel our pack can compete for the majority of the game with Huddersfield's, if we are to at least be in with a chance to win we have to have better completion rates and discipline than shown in previous games! Looking forward to heading down to this one on Sunday and purchased my retro scarf for it in case we opt to start the scarf swinging.

By the way Bulls Boy 2011, while I agree with most of your points about what we have won compared to Huddersfield, we have technically not got a 100% record against Aussie teams...we lost all 7 games against Aussie opponents in the 1997 World Club Championship Tournament! Being a bit pedantic I know, but we cannot make our team look too perfect

Anyway, regardless of who has won what we are clearly underdogs, and while I believe we are capable of a win, a performance that pushes Huddersfield all the way would also be somewhat of a positive for where we are at this moment in time as a team!

Ha fair point vbfg! Only 7 at the time but can remember my old man going to the Cronulla game at Odsal and saying we got well beat. Am I right in thinking that the most an English team won in that competition was one match? The disparity between NRL and Super League teams back then must have been huge.

By the way quick question to everyone (both Bulls and Huddersfield fans) I live in Sheffield so will not be able to pick tickets up at Odsal, so I intend to go on the day to buy tickets for the Pink Link Stand - just wondering if people reckon they will be still available to buy at the turnstiles on the day, or do people know if all away tickets will have been fully allocated?

Phone the office and get them to post it out to you…..that's what I generally do!

You should be able to buy them over the phone and then collect them from the ticket office on the day of the game. Save you on the postage.
