All sounds very promising and sensible
Having more Championship clubs attempting to grow towards being full-time is surely the whole point of bringing back promotion and relegation. Hope Halifax can take steps in that direction and arrive as a full-time outfit in 2017.
Would like to see Sheffield moving in that direction too, and perhaps a few others. Sadly I don't think some of the current Championship clubs would ever really have the fanbase (if what we saw this past weekend, and on our travels this season is anything to go by) |

Yes Odsal is a dump, Bradford is a dump too - but Blackpool is is far worse and much more of a dump. We stayed over for day two and gingerly walked round the place, vast areas boarded up and bugger all visitors apart from the usual stuff you see on "Street Photography" web sites..... Cellulite capital of the UK I think.
That said, if its repeated next year, Bloomfield Rd is a nice stadium and next time I will stay in St Annes and drive in  (if we are involved)
Anyway, I thought our support was phenominal and exemplary in behaviour.. What an absolute last 20/30 minutes that was - and despite the Leigh "fans" who tried to goad them they never faltered and never reacted - just ace!
It gave me goose bumps did that - and not had those since Saints at home in '96

I had another Fax fan complaining that he had been punched by a Bulls fan after the game too.
Not sure what to make of it though as I didn't see a whisper of trouble all weekend, and really enjoyed the crack with the many Fax fans I saw in various pubs (and in various states of inebriation) throughout the night.

I may have seen the remnants of this as I nearly ran over a group of fans arguing in the middle of a car park. Were there just you and another Fax fan and a group of about 5 Bulls fans of which the 'lady' who was with them was mouthing off something rotten? |

Yeah that's right. They were complaining about the referee and I said you should be happy, you've won! he then said i better walk away quickly before something bad happens. He squared up to my dad at which point the woman ran in and started screaming in my face every obscenity under the sun and the guy grabbed me by the throat.
Thankfully I managed to shove them off and walk away cause if the other bulls fans in the local area had got involved the outcome could've been a lot worse.
Only bit of trouble I had with anybody all weekend so won't let one incident ruin my opinion of bulls fans of which I have many friends |

We probably have more brainless scroats than anyone else in the Championship if it's down to demographics and we have the most fans. Unfortunately that suggests you have more chance of meeting a Bulls scroat than any other. I'd like to think most decent Bulls fans would have sided with the Fax fan and intervened.
