| Talking of games past I seem to recall a certain Paul Anderson going on the rampage against Wire, I bet he was tempted to go on the pitch Saturday and show Mason what a rampaging prop is all about!

It was. You brought a shameful support with you. Yet by the time the coach had got home, suddenly 6000 had all been.
Were you there? Or was it a school night?

| I have just checked both our fixtures for the next two weeks.
We play Leeds away followed by Giants at home and you have Wildcats away followed by Leeds at home.
Neither team has an easy two weeks in preparation for the Q/F game.

All memories of the legendary venue which was Wilderspool stadium. Gone maybe, but never, ever forgotten.

I was there. There weren't many bradford fans there though and the ones that were all started going home with 20 minutes still on the clock. Were you one of them?

| Couple of points, don't know which side of your counter I fall
Wigan better than us? No chance. Leeds and Sts when it comes down to it are still the best two sides in this country. I expect us to win at your place with a score of about 32-16ish although i'm fully aware it can be very different on any given day. I honestly don't rate you 1-17 although you do have a big pack and one thing of note was that we only played Huddersfield with 2 'recognised props'. Solomona has been putting a prop stint in all year but when the going gets tough, I'm not sure i'd class him an out and out prop and Ben Harrison moved from 13 to prop but against a big pack.. will be interesting.
I'm not saying we have the best backline in the league but imho it's so far ahead of yours its unfunny. This is where you're let down imo

| The Wire are obvious favourites but I still think we've a good chance if our key players click and we rediscover our decent defence of a few weeks ago. Warrington are playing well at the moment but we'd have to go some to be as poor as Hudders were on Saturday.

Do we? Like who?
I actually think we have one of the smaller packs in terms of sheer size. We have held our own so far against some much bigger packs so far this year.
It we compare the two sides on paper then I would expect most fans would pick Wire out as the best team. But it's the Cup so anything is possible and I expect the Bulls will enjoy being underdogs at Odsal. Really the pressure is on Wire to perform, they're the current holders and the form team in SL.

Actually, we've been playing well all season.....Without sounding arrogant, we are a completely different kettle of fish under Tony Smith....I think the old 'inconsistant' Wire is a thing of the past, and though we aren't the all conquering machine that some OTT Wire fans would like to believe, we are definitely on the right tracks to being serious contenders in both competitions.
As for the forthcoming cup tie??....Certainly not an easy one for either side. I'd have prefered a home tie definitely, but you can't pick and choose in the Cup.
If we turn up and perform to our best, I see us winning by 6-12 points....However, anything less than 100% and you could definitely take us.

| tough tie bit at least its at home. winnable providing we play to level we've shown we're capable of already this season. Hopefully wire players will underestimate us same way their fans are doing. Strange how if they dont rate us 1-17 they've spent last 5 years+ trying to sign orford.
This is a game our marketing team should really push as home advantage and a vocal home crowd could really influence result imo.

I haven't got the height/weight statistics in front of me so I don't exactly know but Langley looks huge for a back rower. Lynch is a monster and scruton's a large one as well, bigger than Paul Wood anyway who's small for a prop. Menzies although not the hugest build is a physically large man, certainly a lot lot bigger than Ben Westwood.

| Personally i find all this my teams better than your team stuff rather boring.
On the day the team that wants it more will win.
And to that i say may the best team win.
