Does anyone else think it smacks of desperation from Petitt? Threatening liquidation as MG wouldnt have got enough back, says going into liquidation to force a buyers hand, buyers say do it then! Petitt then delays appointing liquidator to try entice bidders back so MG and the administrator come away with something rather than nothing?

Whoever the new owner is, if the RFL deal which is currently on the table is taken up, then I see admin 4 on the horizon anyway. I find it hard to think we'll get through the season when the defeats pile up and the crowds drop to nothing.

Course, it'll be entirely our fault....and the RFL will come out of it, hands in the air, saying "we did our best", and smelling of effluent.
