Well, it was always going to be a hard game against Wigan. No Herbert of Briggs mean that we need to be looking to other players to lead the team round the park.
I would point at Diskin and say this is a game for him to show his quality.

So once again, no half backs. A new season, yet same old, same old.
So why no Southernwood? He is a scrum half isn't he? Are we back to playing players out of position again?

And how come all the press have to say is that Lima is out for Wigan? No mention of Bradford having no half backs at all? Strange.

Because Potter doesn't believe he's bulked up enough to play Super League yet.

Medley made the same comment last year and when asked about it at the forum on Wednesday, Potter said Cain was one for the future, but won't be selected yet as he needs to put some bulk on.

Well we'd have a better chance with him in the side not sat in the stands.

How about the ones that has just moved to Hull.

Who will have only become available this week when the administrators decided to start selling players and Hull were clearly more desperate for than we were, since Berrigan left and they were in desperate need of another hooker. Therefore would no doubt have been willing to pay more than we would. Or would you maybe have preferred we pay over the odds to make sure we got him?

Is Obst on a 2/3 year deal and taking up a quota spot such great business? I would prefer we were a little patient and waited for the right player to come along.

We should put a offer in for Jarrod Sammut, money and a couple of players in exhange or loan such as Crossley and Olbison.

We just need to accept that once again we have been unlucky with injuries in an area of our team that we can ill afford. On both hemispheres quality halfbacks that are available are thin on the ground and last minute panic buying is not the answer.
If we play good percentages and do the little things in the game well we can stay in the contest and anything can happen.
