No seriously the club surpassed themselves tonight, it really was like the old days of Bullmania with Bullman and music for the children and the marquee selling beer for us grown-ups.

To get over 1300 people to Odsal on an awful foul freezing night like tonight was nothing short of amazing and hats off to the club for the way in which the pledge announcement was made.

With Odsal descending into darkness as one by one the floodlights went out as we we're all hypnotized into looking at the stadium scoreboard.

The fireworks weren't bad either.

Great effort from the club.

Great to talk to some of the players who have high hopes for next season.

It's vital that we put up a good show at Cardiff against the Rhinos/Rovers to reward the supporters renewed optimism.

I do and it's my screensaver on my pc right now as we speak.

Examples?

That they know how much the club means to the loyal supporters and how they've let us down over the past 18 months with no play-offs for the past two years and that the whole side sees next season as the slate clean and the chance to build on the fantastic work going on behind the scenes at the club during the off-season.

To be honest I think two of the players I spoke to were quite a bit shocked at just how many of us turned up tonight.

As I replied to them kissing the famous Bradford Boar badge on my Northern shirt, "this is our club, it's our life and soul".

Tonight has been a complete success.

so what happens now? will we be contacted or is the onus on us to buy the tickets. I don't want to call them to find they're stressed out and can't take the call.
