I will not stand idly by while people besmirch the excellent food from the back of the stand at Batley by saying ours is good.

The single burger stand at Odsal isn't big enough for the guy who cooks to fit inside it, never mind the person who I gather is there to help him. I have walked out of a queue of two people at that stall because it was taking an age.

Do you have any catering prices stats and quality as a whole of Championship vbfg?

The food choice avaiable at odsal is one thing that I've never complained about. Hot pork sandwiches, burgers, jacket spuds and they even used to have an Indian catering van (Akbars i think). Compare that to the precooked burgers in a foil bag that are on offer at some of the grounds. I'm feeling hungry now.

The pies at Odsal are alright. I never really fancy the ratburgers.

The pizzas were good too but not seen them for a while.

An Indian snack outlet would be superb. I'm amazed we've never had one for any length of time.

There was a caribbean food stall at one home game - I had their goat curry and it was exceptional. Never seen them since.

I'm praying Manjit's Kitchen or the Chaat Cart will one day turn up at Odsal. Incredible Indian street food!

Gutted to be missing this weekends game.

Having mentioned the food, I've got to admit that I never actually buy any of it. It just looks and smells good. Eating cheating and all that.

It wasn't very popular with the kids.

I can see why they wouldn't like the idea of eating goat, but my they are tasty.

The Burrito van that turned up to a few games last year was also superb. Unfortunately the food type isn't popular enough amongst the masses that just want a burger or some chips, so I suspect it wasn't sustainable to keep it there. Real shame as I thoroughly enjoyed one every time it was.

The hog roast tent was also a beauty, another one I was really sad to see disappear.

They had that British Burrito van there for one home game this year (Halifax I think?) which was a welcome change. Personally I can't be bothered with the standard crap burger, hot dog or chips. Those that are a bit different, I'd happily spend my money on every Sunday.

This extra £2 fee is not right. I bought four kids tickets on understanding they will get a seat and can see the game, if they are stood they have little chance so now have no option but to pay another £10. Surely this can't be legal?

I genuinely don't know how they've dared to do it. But they have and will no doubt get away with it. And no doubt plenty of people will pay the extra £2 and it will make Fev some money so they'll do it again next time. Personally I won't attend again. A club only gets one chance to try and rip me off before I give up on them (with the exception of my own club who unfortunately I can't give up and have to let them rip me off every season....)

A friend of mine had if clarified with Featherstone earlier. It's definitely the stand behind the sticks (that Bulls were in last year) and the new small one just to the left of it, that they're going to rip you off for. The old stand ("Community Stand" on the back of the ticket) and the stand at the opposite side (next to the bar and other facilties) you can still sit in without having to pay the extra £2.
