| ouch, Unauthorised action by the RFL...
But wait.... as the creditor is satisfied, after a fashion, does this mean that throwing £50k (IIRC) the RFL said were debts needed to be paid, at the creditors will allow Kim Jong (Pie-faced Shonny) to appeal the 12 points to a more manageable 6?
As if it couldn't get any more farcical.

| So, hang on, if the administrator now sells the 'club' you will have two clubs and the original club if someone so wished could apply for membership of the RFL starting in Champ 1. Oh what a tangled web we weave.
Administrator still has old club. Thorne bought up some of the assets including the Bulls name. Chalmers is starting a brand new club that maybe can't use the Bulls moniker, the second named director of Chalmers new company is a NZ rugby league club who finished bottom of the NZ league last year and who were going to apply for a SL franchise in 2007.

They won't get an RFL licence though, so the old club is no use.
Well this is what i'm thinking as i don't really understand

| From what I read of Adey’s post on TotalRL it may be that Green hasn’t been paid out at all. The matter may be sub judice so I’d be grateful if we could not speculate too wildly.

| I am grateful for the recent Sherlock series, as I didn't think anything could be more convoluted or impenetrable than the affairs of the Bulls, but the script proved how wrong you can be.

You sure about that?
I put everything I couldn't understand about Sherlock down to it being a 'dream sequence' and not intended to be understood. If you do the same for the latest Bulls adventure, but substitute, 'nightmare', for dream, I don't think there is much difference really.

A better fit would be Netflix's "A series of unfortunate events"...

What about Dallas and Chris Caisley comes out of the shower and says
"Iestyn Harris?? We are not signing him"

| Just popped back over the virtual Hill to see what KCNBABT was now spouting. It would seem that, at least in that guise, he is no more. But WTF this is even more outrageous.
If true, where will the Old Bulls play as they'll have neither ownership of, or lease of Odsal?
Or is there some really sinister double-dealing going on?

| With the RFL buying the assets of the old club, will that mean Green and the others get more money back or not?

| If the old club was never liquidated they will still have a sub lease to Odsal. They will be in breach of rent obligations and probably not a big deal to terminate the lease, but I would have thought this will need to be done before RFL sublet to Bradford newco.
