| its a shame for us to lose Shaun, but when you look at his life at wigan you have to be concerned. both of our coaches over the past two seasons have left him out. and put others in ahead of him.
Noble got slated by wigan fans for playing amos above shaun, but then this season madge has moved charnley, pryce and goulding above him, as well as the others who were already playing on the wing (richards and roberts)
when you look at it this way, where the two coaches in line for coach of the year this year both think he wasnt good enough then serious questions have to be asked of the lad.
i really hope he plays well where ever he ends up at, but if he plays for bradford against wigan next season, i will tell you right now where we would be attacking you.
good luck to him and hope he can prove his doubters wrong.

We've clearly been using our other new signings as incentive to get players to sign for us.
Be interesting to see who they'll be

| Iam a bit dissapointed weve only give him a 1 year deal, if he scores loads of tries he could be tempted away by the likes of Leeds, Warrington or Saints.

| I expect he'll be on a fairly modest salary in order to prove himself. I think the deal works for both parties personally. If Potter can turn his career back in the right direction, I think he'd be foolish to look to move elsewhere. If he struggles next year, then we haven't lost much. Ainscough also has the incentive, play well and he'll get an improved deal at the club.

Can I ask how come Dowes has gone from "most reliable prop in the league" and "hardest worker" to very average? Did he go to that around the time he turned down the Hull deal by any chance?

It occurs to me that its [i you[/i who needs to STFU.
If you want to make a total prat of yourself, do it on your own time, not on ours, eh? Now kindly bog off.

| Is there any actual evidence that we made a serious effort to sign Paleasina rather than it being anything other than rumour on message boards or the media?

No, if we did indeed go for Pealeasina, Salford offered him a large chunk of money that potter thought he didn't merit. Completely different to how you're making it out to be.
You don't pay a player more than you think it's worth. If you do, your business is on a slippery slope.
