Just watching the game over again, as much as every body is over reacting, most the trys we conceded are preventable with a bit more focused training, especially the ruck, everyone agrees the forwards were dominated but we did some good things and will only get better. Still hold good hopes for this year when we get some pack members back, but Scruton for me is a liability he is still miles behind the speed of the game. Also Langley is a PROP not a 13.

Sums up my thoughts. When the Catalans flung the ball out wide, we coped pretty well. It was just the defence in the middle that let us down. The disappointing thing for me was the breaks were not even a set piece, just a straight running prop.

First 10/15 mins, i actually thought we were the better team, making good meters and looking dangerous.

The one thing that did concern me was that in the 2nd half, when our heads were down, we had 3/4 sets on their line and we were out of ideas. Back to last year when we let the forwards drive the ball in for 5 plays. It would be nice to see the players attempt to execute a set play, especially when their heads are down!

Pretty much, bit of strong coaching and getting forwards off the floor, too many times a prop would be left on the floor leaving Henderson to tear us apart. Thinking about it, there was a no try, also of Langley had let the ball go behind him insteadif thinking he was 10 men abd letting Kearney pick it up round back we had a overlap and a score, submit dropped the ball on the break. That's 18 points depending gales boot. Few less errors with ball in hand and a quicker more solid ruck and its a different game totally. Judge them after 10 games time
