But Leeds looked to have created a lot of chances tonight, 32-0 and bombed a few. We'll be alright without McGuire, luckily Leeds have had a full pre season to mold Sinfield into a stand off (even though he had the qualities before hand).
Pre season results mean nothing. Even if Leeds would have got beaten 32-0 tonight it would have meant nothing.

Men vs boys.
Not much to say about our lot, Burgess made good metres, crookes looked better than the rest.
Keighley were well drilled, error free and their forwards dominated ours - you could see the size difference before kick off.
Not sure if our lads will have gained much from that

Apparently only Burgess and Crossley matched them physically. Good to see Demitriou has done work on the errors and the pack as I feel that is where they went wrong last year. I do believe that our boys would have learnt something from the game even if its just about positioning. |
