| Around 1000-1200 leythers i'd imagine. Would be (pleasantly) surprised if we take many more than that!

| I can't seem to find the odds anywhere now?
I was interested to se what odds Moore will have been given now he's left Hull.

| There seriously is zero chance of anything like 1200 Leythers, fine and keen supporters though they certainly are. If we get 750 or so then that is a great credit to them. I always reckon if you guess double the capacity of booked coaches then you won't be that far wrong in any game.
It is the Cup, notorious for poor paying attendances, and Leigh are no exception to the rule. Last year they went to Wakey and the attendance was 2,637 so don't try to kid anyone that anything like 1200 would travel for a Cup game. In recent years they struggled to even get 4000 at home for Cup games v. Warrington, and Leeds, each of whom would have had a reasonable following within that. Mind you, we should at least beat the 3,349 we got at VP for the cup match v. Leigh in 1991. I can't see much over 5K meself.
As i've said many times, I just have a feeling that Menzies could be the next Wayne Bennett in years to come, he just seems to have that something about him and is so highly respected worldwide. I wish he would get the job - in any capacity. It isn't really a job for a rookie but there are always exceptions and I would heartily applaud us if we gave Menzies a chance. Has he got the necessary badges?

| Now then.
This little interesting snippet is part of a wider interview with Lee St. Hilaire in the T&A:
"I also know my way around the Super League, which I hope could benefit Bradford Bulls and the new man that’s coming in.”
Now is it just me, or does that sort of suggest Lee is working on the basis that Macca's successor will come from down under, and is not currently (or has not in the past been) involved in SL?

Possibly, and if we're reading between the lines it sounds like someone might have been identified as the next head coach.
Before the assistant coach at Hull left I'd have put money on us going for McDermott. Now I wouldn't be surprised to see someone team up with Menzies, possibly Moore from Hull or someone else.
I'd say that it'll be either McDermott or a combo of Menzies and someone else. I'm sure it won't be a big name like Bellamy or Hagan much as I'd love to be proved wrong.

| Forget Menzies whatever you think, he will still only be a junior member of the Coaching staff, that is if thats what he decides to do and he may yet do one more season and perhaps like Morro did during his lenghty injuries, start learning the basics that way, before doing his courses and getting accreditations.
If the Club can get a an Aussie either one already an NRL Head Coach or an Assistant Coach ready to step up, but able to demonstrate a willingness to continue what Macca has started (inc Medders and Co) with the Academy and also attract top quality (not neccessarily headline names) players to the Club. That will be a fillip for the Fans and show that the Bulls are on their way out their of dip of recent times!
