I think i may be part of the "far from drunk group" that you refer to! I don't post on here often but thought time to put my ten peneths worth across!
As a group we got sick and tired of people getting on certain players' backs! Any booing that may have been heard was of a sarcastic nature to all those that got on Platty's back! We for one would be sorry to see him leave. He's a player that thrives on confidence and people continually being on his back no matter what he did doesn't help!
We all support the same club - so why can't we all support the same players who's wages we pay! I'm wondering if he does leave who are these so called "fans" going to pick on next season?
As for superhans this wasn't getting on his back or anything negative it's all down to the size of his hands!! See we wanted to see the team get back to winning ways like most fans - and to make games more fun for us all to watch we gave langers this nickname!
It's funny how at away games all of the negative comments vanished!!

fair enough if that was the intent. but as you point out platt is very much a confidence player and all he'll hear is a large group of fans booing him. He wont be able to tell wether its all directed at him or if a section of it is aimed at another section of the crowd so I think it was somewhat counterproductive. maybe making more positive noises when he was involved to drown out the boos would have been more useful  |

Yes these people started to come to the ground early august i think. Gives the club a bad name totally plonkers.
They must have taken the ` Superhands` off the group i stand with Craig & Suzi and Michael Platts bamy army !!!! |
