| I'd give Omars another plug after my post GF trip but I don't really think the thread needs it.

| Whats everyones virdict on Internationals on Morley St i think it is.
Is it any good? Whats the service like?
I have to just comment on Prasad (from earlier thread) she does do some good guji food but some of it is rubbish. I don't like her samosa's at all.

I find the International a bit inconsistent.
At its best it's ok, nowt special but alright.
Unfortunately it seems that every so often they have a promotion on salt and seem to put tons of the stuff in the food making it near inedible.
Trouble is there's no way of telling if it's "salt night"

There's an ideal way of telling. It'll be night time. During the day it's superb.

| I and some friends had an excellent curry at the Bharat the other day (Great Horton Road, just after the Esso garage above Mumtaz). It's Indian food as opposed to Pakistani or Bangladeshi and was really nice.
A bit pricier than most curry houses in BD7 but fantastic food.

Gotta agree its good grub, and yeah it is proper Indian food. Owners are gujerati so we always have a laugh with them too.
Wouldn't bother going upstairs though, its a bit of a dive. Not bad if you fancy meeting all your rellies there though!

| Ok guys need a bit of help.
Need some restaurants (Indian) names where a family can go for a decent meal. About 12 of us so somewhere with a bit of atmosphere and not too cramped in seating. Obviously good food aswell....
Any ideas?

| Don't know many specifically Indian places.
Moghuls in Keighley is quite swish and has a good atmos but the food wasn't that amazing when I was last in. Though the pickle tray was the best ever.
Most of the places I know are Pakistani or Bangladeshi.

For cheaper end of the market, formica table, plastic menu etc but decent grub in a good atmos. Always busy so best book if there's 12 of you. Also steer clear on a Friday or Saturday night as there's plenty of drunks on the streets outside.
For more expensive sort of place but with table cloths, cutlery, etc I'd recommend Shimla Spice in Keighley. Plenty of choice and good quality. Not as rushed as Akhbars or Aagrah.
Both are unlicensed so bring your own booze.
