| Quote DemonUK="DemonUK"Lots of positivity from the administrators has to be a good thing. However reading the league express this morning, in one article it states the players have been assured they will be paid. In another the administrator stating he is aware the players get paid on the last day of the month and he will have to see if that is possible as they did not have an up to date list of employees or the list of people on the salary roll as someone from the club was on holiday. Using the reality card how can anyone put in a bid and plans going forward if none of that is known. I also find it hard to believe that no one else at the club has access to this information. Surely the administrators have been around for long enough to have this info.'"
It is a little odd. I can understand asking the employees if wages can be paid a couple of days late, as if it's correct that a new owner could be in place on Thursday/Friday, you can see why paying them on Wednesday might be an issue and it would be easier on everything to hang on a day or two. But this stuff about not having access to a current employee list is very strange.

| My only thinking on the "proper" list of employees, might relate to the players, as has been mentioned here before, many contracts end in November, so we might just need to be careful we pay the right people, as we've shipped a fair few out / many have jumped ship. Also, we won't possibly playing the incoming ones until December if they formally start on 1st Dec?

In with another story in League Express about Kevin Larroyer no longer being at Hull K.R., it says:
"Larroyer's wages will be paid by Hull KR for the final time on Wednesday."
Which perhaps suggests that the end of November is the last pay day for players whose contracts run out this season. Which in turn suggests that it's "business as usual" for this week's pay, and the changes in the playing roster come into effect next month.
(Story was also written by former Bulls Media Exec Ryan Sparks)

| Would have thought rather than players, it would be casual staff like turnstyle/barstaff etc where there might be more uncertainty about who's current. you'd think that would be area of club where theres most comings and going during season.

| No names on the Four due to non-disclosure arrangements. In League Express says 2 of the parties are likely to pay off creditors.

| If we come out of this with only a six point deduction, no loss of players and a new owner willing to develop the stadium I will be gobsmacked.

I'm guessing one of them will be Green cos he wants his own money back.

But how would he get that by paying the 350K to HMRC which is why he adminned us in the first place/ Why not save fifty grand in admin costs and just pay?

I really really hope this is the case. 12 points would be near impossible to claw back. 6 points i think we'll get in the top 4. So i am awaiting neither of those to get it, someone with no money, no RL knowledge, doesn't pay back creditors.

I would assume paying the creditors is done out of the money the club is essentially bought with.
