Perhaps not die but I still find it pretty rude. I actually take more issue with the smell and the ash that flicks off in your direction depending on the wind. If I spent half the match sneezing all over you, it probably wouldn't kill you but you might find it a little rude perhaps?

Yes, you have a right to smoke and so you should. However, I also have a right not to have someone blowing smoke into my personal space which is f*cking horrible!!!

Yeah I get it. You dont like smoke, so why dont you do yourself a favour and go stand or sit in a no smoking zone instead of complaining when somebody lights up and the inevitable smoke blows near you.

I'd probably belt somebody if they threw a pint in my face, that's a calculated and directed action. I dont choose which way the wind blows and i certainley dont direct my smoke at somebodys face. However, if I were surrounded by a group of heads I would move, because I dont particularly like drunk people.

If I didnt want to be arround drunk people I wouldnt go to a pub or stand near them, so if you dont want to be around smokers then dont go in a area that permits smoking or stand near them.

You have blatently missed the point. Your the one being anti-social by puffing away so why should I and other that don't smoke have to put up with you blowing smoke around?

You saying you'd belt someone who threw a pint in your face was exactly the reaction I was looking for. Of course you would, so would I. Yet if you were to smoke around me, inevitably I would end up breathing in some of your excess pollution and you think thats perfectly acceptable.

I put it to you that what you are doing is equally as offensive yet you only disagree because you are a smoker.

The point is if you want to do something that effects you, then go ahead. However, if what you are doing effects others then that is out of order. It should be you that is the one that moves, why should anyone have to comprimise their place on the terrace just to suit your selfish habbit???
